If you are a former or expiring GAPNA member, please rejoin. We want your continued attendance and experience in the care of older adults.
If you live around the state, not near Milwaukee, let us know if we can get something together for you.
The SEWGAPN board met and have tried to plan out a few dates for educational meetings.

August 7th: Boehringer Ingelheim Sponsored Dinner, Dr. Mouhammend Rihawi on COPD
GAPNA Convention: September 26-29th, 2018 in Washington, DC. If you are going, Veronica Zimmerman is our current president and Shayla Jefferson our current Treasurer are going so you may want to get in touch with them there.
October 9th, 2018 Journal Club Article to discuss. Sleep Disorders in the Elderly: Diagnosis and Management; J Gen Fam Med. 2017;18: 61-71, Location: UHC Office, 10701 West Research Drive, Wauwatosa, WI and dinner will be provided.
November 15, 2018 2nd Annual Student Night; NP panel and pizza. Location to be announced.
January and possibly February or March will be other programs, possible Elder Abuse or any suggestions
Call for officers in new year in January
Will arrange another meeting at the South Eastern WI Alzheimer’s Association office.
