Veronica served as secretary of SEWGAPNA this last year. In her free time, Veronica spends time with her husband and their pets.

Lisa Lockwood is a NP working in geriatrics at Optum. Lisa graduated with her MSN from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has been a NP for 9 years. Lisa was president of SEWGAPNA from 2016-2017. In her free time, Lisa spends time with family, friends, and her cats.

Shayla Jefferson, I am married with two wonderful boys. I have been working in the healthcare field for several years, four years as a nurse, and over one year as an NP. I am board certified as a family NP, but I have worked in LTC most of my career. I have passion for working with vulnerable populations such as the elderly and disabled. I would like to join the SEWGAPN board because, I believe in the goals of advocating for quality care for older adults, promoting professional development, providing continuing gerontological education, enhancing communication and professional collaboration among healthcare providers, and educating consumers regarding issues of aging. By serving on the board, I will be able to assist in doing my part in ensuring that these goals are known to others, through the meetings provided by the SEWGAPN board, in order to reduce these inequalities and gaps in our healthcare system.
